Yes, we work with health insurance

Currently, My Fruitful Body Nutrition, PLLC accepts the following health insurance companies (see below). 

Health Care Reform has had a positive impact on many preventative wellness services such as nutrition counseling. As a result, your health insurance may cover the entire cost for your visits with us. Our office will confirm your insurance benefits for nutrition counseling prior to your appointment if we are in network with your health insurance. If we are out of network with your insurance, we will assist you in seeking reimbursement by providing a Superbill as an out-of-network provider and will obtain the necessary referral paperwork from your doctor as appropriate.

Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, checks, and credit cards are accepted for payment of fee/co-pay.
